About Dawn Wood

Dawn Wood brings to Bromley Living a rich and diverse background in property management and real estate development. With over two decades of experience in the industry, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in financial accounting, management consulting, project management, and onboarding.

Prior to joining Bromley Living, Ms. Wood served as an HOA Portfolio Manager at Nova Association Management Partners from February 2019 to October 2023. During her tenure, she efficiently managed remote operations out of Tacoma, showcasing her expertise in financial accounting and management consulting.

From March 2007 to February 2019, Dawn held the position of Marketing Director at Dobler Management Company in Tacoma, WA. Here, she was instrumental in revolutionizing the marketing strategies for 70 apartment buildings, specializing in social media, reputation management, website design and maintenance, and market analysis.

Her journey in the property management industry began at Pinnacle Property Management Services, where she spent over eight years honing her skills. Starting as a Property Management Specialist, Dawn quickly rose through the ranks to become an Assistant Investment Manager, assisting five investment managers in operating their apartment portfolios.
