Larl Sneed Jr. joins Bromley Living as the Executive Vice President  of Operations and Managing Member, bringing a wealth of expertise and experience in motion design/ Animation , Digital media arts, With over a decade of professional experience, Larl has established himself as a highly skilled professional in the creative industry, particularly in the areas of Motion graphics, Social Media Content design, Video Editing & Creative Art Direction for various companies. In his role at Bromley Living,

Larl is responsible for leading and innovating the company's visual graphics strategies. His proficiency Motion Design , Social Media Video , Animated digital signage, and UI/UX design. He will be invaluable in enhancing the visual representation of Bromley Living's brand and properties. Larl's expertise in 2D/3D compositing, art direction in diverse graphic design mediums, and video production will also play a crucial role in developing immersive and engaging visual experiences for Bromley Living's clients and stakeholders. Larl's technical skills, honed through his adept use of software tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, After After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D, will enable him to drive innovation in visual graphics at Bromley Living.

His experience in Motion Design, Video compositing, and graphic editing will further contribute to the company's capability to deliver cutting-edge visual content. Prior to joining Bromley Living, Larl had a notable tenure at MGM Resorts International, where he served over eight years, including as Senior Motion Animation Manager. His work involved creating motion graphics and social media animations for the Broadcast Production Department and overseeing digital signage across all MGM properties. This experience, coupled with his extensive freelance work for various prestigious projects, positions Larl as a seasoned professional capable of leading Bromley Living's visual graphics endeavors to new heights.

Larl's educational background includes a certification in Post Production and Motion Graphics from Video Symphony l, a post production facility and a degree in Visual Communications from The Art Institutes of Colorado. His multifaceted career, marked by roles in various capacities and industries, has equipped him with a unique perspective and skill set that will be highly beneficial in his new role at Bromley Living.
